Nexdo respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how Pinslots Inc, doing business as Nexdo (“Nexdo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the Nexdo mobile application, website, AI assistant, and related products and services (collectively, the “Services”).
Nexdo is designed to help you organize tasks, calendars, reminders, communications, and daily activities and, when you choose, help you take actions related to them.
Your personal data belongs to you. Nexdo should access only the information necessary to provide the features you choose to use.
You stay in control. You can choose which integrations and permissions to enable and may revoke those permissions at any time.

With Gmail, Nexdo has send-only access. It sends the Important Moments greetings and shopping-list emails you write, approve or schedule, from your own address. Nexdo cannot read, search, summarize or delete your email, and does not access your inbox, threads or attachments.

03Our AI Privacy Principles
3.1AI Uses Only Relevant Context
When possible, Nexdo limits AI processing to information relevant to the request. For example, if you ask “When am I free tomorrow afternoon?”, the AI does not need your entire historical calendar.
3.2Your Private Content Is Not Public Data
Your tasks, calendar events, email content, contacts, and private AI conversations remain your information.
3.3AI Training
Nexdo does not use the contents of your private calendars, emails, contacts, tasks, or voice conversations to train general-purpose AI models without your explicit permission.
Information received from Google, such as your Google Calendar events, is never used to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models, with or without permission.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to improve reliability, understand feature usage, and improve the Services where permitted by law.
3.4Third-Party AI Providers
Nexdo may use third-party artificial intelligence, speech, infrastructure, or technology providers to process requests. We require providers to process information according to our instructions and applicable contractual and legal requirements. We seek to provide only information reasonably necessary to perform the requested function.
Nexdo’s AI provider is OpenAI, accessed through the OpenAI API. Content sent through the API is not used to train OpenAI’s models, and Nexdo has not opted in to share data with OpenAI for training.
3.5AI May Make Mistakes
AI-generated information may occasionally be:
- Incorrect
- Incomplete
- Outdated
- Misinterpreted
- Inappropriate for a particular situation
Users should review important information before relying upon it. Nexdo should not be relied upon for emergency, medical, legal, financial, or other high-stakes professional decisions.
04User Approval for Actions
A core feature of Nexdo is helping users move from task to action.
Nexdo may recommend or prepare an action based on your instructions. For certain actions involving external communication or meaningful changes, Nexdo may require confirmation before execution.
- Call
- “Call Damien.”
- “Send Damien the project update.”
- Message
- “Text John that I’ll be 15 minutes late.”
- Calendar
- “Move tomorrow’s appointment to 3 PM.”
Nexdo may display the intended action and request approval before performing it. You remain responsible for reviewing actions before approval.
05Third-Party Integrations
Nexdo may integrate with services such as:
- Apple Calendar
- Google Calendar
- Microsoft Outlook
- Gmail
- Apple Contacts
- Communication services
- Mapping services
- AI providers
- Authentication providers
When you connect another service, its privacy policy and terms may also apply. You can disconnect integrations through Nexdo or, where applicable, through the third-party provider.
Google User Data
If you connect Google Calendar, Nexdo accesses the names and identifiers of your calendars and the events on calendars you own. We store a copy of those events on our servers to show your schedule, detect conflicts and help plan your day. If you turn on adding scheduled items to your calendar, Nexdo creates, updates and deletes the events you schedule in Nexdo.
If you connect Gmail, Nexdo sends the messages you write, approve or schedule, from your address: Important Moments greetings and shopping-list emails. Through Google, Nexdo can only send these messages. It cannot read, search or delete your Gmail.
When you use AI features and have agreed to AI processing, the calendar details needed to answer your request are sent to our AI provider, OpenAI, to produce that answer. These details are the titles and start and end times of the relevant events. OpenAI does not use this data to train its models. Nexdo does not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. We do not share it except with service providers needed to run these features, to comply with law, or as part of a business transfer with notice to you. Our staff do not read Google user data unless you ask us to (for example for support), it is needed for security, or the law requires it.
You can disconnect Google at any time in Account › Settings, which removes our access. Deleting your account deletes the stored copies.
Nexdo’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
06How We Share Information
Nexdo does not sell your personal information for money.
